Where the new Customer Service Center connects to the existing Building 'A' to the south, there is approximately 200 SF of renovation work involved for the transition to the existing structure. The Customer Service Center will include a new entry, a lobby/waiting area, (3) spaces for customer service representatives, (2) individual offices, equipment vault, restrooms, and a training/conference room. Primary access to the Customer Service Center will be from a new parking lot on the north side of Building 'D'. Exterior improvements include a new steel-framed canopy located at the entry supporting an array of photovoltaic panels above, outdoor paved patio, and new planting and vegetation.
