As an additional alternate to the project, the work may include replacement of approximately 1,510 linear feet of 15-ft wide concrete alley and replacement of 1,395 linear feet of 6-inch sanitary sewer with a new 8-inch sanitary sewer. Bidder must submit, with their Bid, a Cashier's check, Certified check or a Bid Bond from an approved surety company, in the amount of five percent (5%) of their Bid as a guarantee that the Bidder will enter into a contract and guarantee forms, if required, within 10 days after notice of award of contract.
