Renovation of a municipal facility in Porterville, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Contractor to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and any other incidentals necessary to Replace Medium Voltage Electrical Vaults at the Porterville Developmental Center, in accordance with plans and specifications. 10% Bid Bond A payment bond, Standard Form 807 in an amount not less than 100 percent of the contract price must accompany every contract involving an expenditure in excess of $25,000.00, and for projects over $10,000, the Contractor shall also furnish a Performance Bond (DS 1399) to accompany Construction Contract in an amount not less than 100 percent of the total contract amount securing the payment of laborers, mechanics, or material suppliers employed on the work under contract. The Department of Developmental Services is soliciting bids from Disabled Veteran Business Enterprises in order to meet the Department's established goals of 3 percent for Disabled Veteran Business Enterprises (DVBE), to comply with Section 10115, et seq., of the Public Contract Code and Title 2, California Code of Regulations, Section 18060.60, et seq. The DVBE incentive program is being applied on this project. Refer to the DVBE Program Requirements for details.
