The Monroe County Road Commission invites qualified firms to submit proposals for Survey Services for Smith Road from Valley Brook Drive to Summerfield. The Consultant shall furnish all services and labor necessary to provide complete survey on Smith Road from Valleybrook Drive to Summerfield Road noting the established road right of way and any drainage/other roadway purpose easements. Any questions relative to the scope of services must be submitted by e-mail to the Project Manager at least five (5) working days prior to the due date and time specified above. All questions and answers will be placed on the MCRC website as soon as possible after receipt of the questions and at least three (3) days prior to the RFP due date deadline. The names of Consultants submitting questions will not be disclosed. The MCRC reserves the right to award proposals in its best interest. Survey work on Smith Road from Valleybrook Drive to Summerfield Road. Include information on Douglas Road from 1000 ft south of Smith Road to 1000 ft north of Smith Road. Survey to contain approximately 70 feet from the section line on both sides of Smith. Anticipated Bid Letting Date: Winter/Spring 2025 Anticipated Start Date: Spring/Summer 2025 Anticipated Completion Date: August 2025 The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
