The North Slope Borough is seeking sealed bids for construction services for to update the existing instrumentation and communication systems of the Barrow Utilidor System in Barrow, Alaska. The work includes the installation of temperature, pressure, and flow instrumentation with remote telemetry and alarms at up to thirteen nodes. The sensors for each monitoring node will be wired back to one of the 10 SCADA Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) panels.
