Renovation of a municipal facility in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Scope of Work: Scope includes, but is not limited to, the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, services and incidentals for the Repair or Replacement of Windows and Glass Doors for the Broward County Port Everglades Department in accordance to Specifications and Requirements herein. This solicitation includes participation goals for Broward County certified County Business Enterprises. Refer to Special Instructions and the Office of Economic and Small Business Development Requirements section for additional information. Bid Guaranty: Each submittal shall be accompanied by a bid guaranty in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid amount (refer to Bid Guaranty, Performance and Payment Guaranties, and Qualifications of Surety Requirements). Contract duration: 1 year Contract renewal: 4 annual renewals Q & A deadline: Jun 16, 2022 5:00:00 PM EDT Attendance at the site visit is optional. The vendor is cautioned that, although the site visit is optional, no modification or any changes will be allowed in the pricing because of the failure of the vendor(s) to have visited the site or to have attended the conference. Job site visitation is strongly recommended; submission of a bid will be construed that the vendor is acquainted sufficiently with the work to be performed Broward County strongly encourages all County employees, County contractors, and members of the public to wear facial coverings and practice social distancing while on County property.
