Southeast Colorado Enterprise Development, Inc. (hereafter referred to as SECED) invites professional services consultants to submit Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for civil engineering bid-ready designs, plans, and specifications including right of way clearances, expose/investigate all environmental aspects, utility requirements, engineering estimates and preparation of PS& E package specific to 18 sites in seven communities located within Baca, Bent, Crowley, Kiowa, Prowers and Otero Counties, Colorado. Proprietary Item: Installation of proposed 8'x4' structures with three-sided clear panels and open front, flat roof, anti-vagrant ADA benches, solar lighting, and signage holder on appropriately sized cement slab. Installation will be in accordance with local policies/requirement for each location. Construction bidding to start on or about December 16, 2022 with construction to commence on or about February 1, 2023. SECED reserves the right to update the RFP, schedules and attachments as deemed appropriate to the project. SECED reserve the right to accept or reject any or all RFPs and portions thereof and to waive informalities or irregularities of RFPs received based on any reason it deems applicable if this is to the advantage project.
