Reference number : 1611436 Review Title : Snow removal on municipal roads for the 2022-2023, 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 winter seasons Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-06-20 Submission sent electronically accepted: No The municipality of Saint-Alban (hereafter: Municipality) invites tenders for the conclusion of a contract with a qualified company for snow removal and de-icing of municipal roads for the winter seasons 2022-2023, 2023- 2024 and 2024-2025 inclusively, in accordance with the specifications provided for in the technical clauses contained in the tender specifications. The services to be performed by the Contractor must comply with the content of this call for tenders. Persons and companies interested in submitting a bid may obtain a copy of the tender documents as well as all related documents through the Electronic Tendering System by paying the which are fixed according to the tariff in force established by the Electronic Tendering System . The tenderer is entirely responsible for ensuring that his tender is deposited at the office of the Municipality at the above-mentioned address. Only submissions received before the above time and date will be considered. Are eligible to bid on this call for tenders, bidders having an establishment in Quebec or in a territory covered by an intergovernmental agreement on the liberalization of markets applicable to the Municipality within the framework of this call for tenders, i.e. the Accord de libre -Canadian exchange, the Agreement on Liberalization of Government Procurement between Quebec and New Brunswick, the Trade and Cooperation Agreement between Quebec and Ontario and the Comprehensive Economic Trade Agreement (CETA). Any interested person or group of people interested in participating in the adjudication process covered by this call for tenders (or their representative) may file a complaint with the Municipality regarding this process until the deadline for receipt of complaints indicated on SEAO. The Municipality does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received, nor to incur any costs of any kind whatsoever towards the tenderer(s). In addition, the Municipality declines all responsibility with regard to one or other of the tenderers in the event of the rejection of all tenders. The contract is awarded to the compliant bidder having submitted the lowest price, if applicable, by decision of the Municipality, at its sole discretion.
