Industrial building and warehouse construction services including new industrial building construction services and remodeling services and industrial plant construction services, tank installation and removal and disposal and related services.Electrical system services including wiring and other electrical maintenance including HVAC construction and maintenance and installation and mechanical and machine installation and repair services It is anticipated that a full complement of professional services shall be provided by the Contractor selected for this Project. It is the intent of this specification to describe the labor and materials necessary to remove and replace (2) existing Raypack hot water boilers, (2) 980 gallon holding tanks, and (2) existing shell and tube HX units and replace with (2) new hot water boilers, and (2) new 700 gallon storage tanks along with associated materials to sufficiently meet the domestic hot water requirements.
