For: Greensburg Community Schools Additions to : Greensburg Elementary School: 900 Big Blue Ave., Greensburg, IN 47240 Greensburg Junior High School: 505 E. Central Ave. Greensburg, IN 47240 All work for the complete construction of the Project will be under one prime contract with the Owner based on bids received and awarded. The Construction Manager will manage the construction of the Project. WAGE SCALE: Wage Scale does not apply to this project. Bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful Bidders will be required to furnish Performance and Payment Bonds for one hundred percent (100%) of their Contract amount prior to execution of Contracts. As of September 1, 2022, this project has been awarded to a general contractor. A firm timeline for construction has not been determined.
