Site work and paving for a civil project in Greer, South Carolina. Working plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and bridge / tunnel.
As of July 27, 2022, bids were canceled. No definite date for the rebid. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project. Project Scope: 1) Excavate under the concrete path (sidewalk) and existing roadway, and install ADS HP polypropylene storm pipe. (There is existing pipe under the sidewalk but is currently insufficient to handle the amount of runoff coming from the upper level of the park.) 2) Back fill and compact per manufactures specifications. 3) Prep and blacktop approximately 400 feet of existing road. 4) Seal and coat the remaining lot above the drive and any portion of the road not replaced. Successful bidder must provide 3 references from similar projects.
