This project has a construction estimate of: under $605,000.00 The Housing Authority of the City of Marion, Illinois will receive sealed bids for Hi-Rise Renovations funded under Modernization Program No.s IL01P126-501-20 and IL01P126-501-21 at Projects IL-126-1/Marion (Butler Hi-Rise) and IL-126-6/Marion (Lamar Hi-Rise) in Williamson County, Illinois. Bids shall be submitted in a single lump sum proposal. In accordance with Clause No. 9, Bid Guarantee, of the Instructions to Bidders, all bids must be accompanied by a negotiable bid guarantee in the form of a certified check or bank draft, payable to the Housing Authority of the City of Marion, Illinois, U.S. Government Bonds at par value, or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the Bidder and acceptable sureties in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid.No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty days (60) subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of the Housing Authority. The Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding.
