Furnishing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, tools, and guarantees thereof to perform the project. Work shall include: Schedule A: Work under this schedule includes replacing approximately 6,210 LF of new 12-inch, 10-inch, 8-inch, and 6-inch ductile iron water main and abandonment of existing asbestos concrete water main within Cemetery Road and adjoining side streets. Work will also include street restoration associated with the replacement of the existing water main and upgrades to existing water service connections and associated meters. Schedule B: Work under this schedule includes providing full-depth pavement replacement of various roads within the City of Arlington. Roadways include N Gifford Ave, N Lenore Ave, N Stillaguamish Ave, and N Washington Ave in the Old Town area. Work shall also include roadway channelization and minor improvements to existing sanitary sewer and stormwater structures. A Bid Deposit in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the Total Bid Amount(s) stated in the Proposal. The City of Arlington expressly reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive minor irregularities or informalities, and to further make award of the project to the lowest responsible Bidder as it best serves the interest of the City of Arlington. No proposal may be withdrawn after the time stated above, or before Award of Contract, unless said award is delayed for a period exceeding sixty (60) calendar days after opening of the proposals, or Bidder withdraws proposal due to error in accordance with Section 1-03.1 of the WSDOT Standard Specifications.
