Renovation of a museum in New Castle, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.
The purpose of this project is to re-roof the Arts Park Pavilion. Key components of this project include: Removal of old roofing Removal of deteriorated wood decking Installation of high density wood fiber insulation Installation of .060mil EPDM membrane Installation of flashing Application of edge metal. The Art Association of Henry County has the right to reject any and all bids at their sole discretion. Your bid should be inclusive of all taxes, fees, permits and other costs. Upon selection of the winning contractor, the Art Association of Henry County will send a bid award notice to the selected contractor. The bid award notice will advise the selected contractor of the time, date, and location of the pre-work conference that must take place before the work can begin.
