As of 7/19/2022 project was already awarded to the following GC: American General Contractors Inc. Bulldog Excavation Inc. Granite Excavation Inc. RL Young Paving Inc. Services will be provided on an as needed, project-by-project basis. It is anticipated that the value of the City's need and budget for services will vary throughout the life of the contracts. Specific project work will be authorized by individual Work Orders/ Task Orders. It is estimated that the City will contract with one (1) or more general contractors selected from this RFQ for two (2) years, with the possibility of three (3) one (1) year extensions. The Engineering Division of the Boise City Public Works Department is soliciting proposals from general contractors to provide non-exclusive, on-call construction services mainly related to sanitary sewer infrastructure and sewer service line and main line extensions. The City reserves the right to obtain competitive quotes or bid proposals for work, as is determined to be in the best interest of the City. In determining the best qualified proposal, Purchasing will consider all acceptable proposals on a basis consistent with RFQ requirements. The City intends to award contract to one supplier; however, the City reserves the right to award to more than one proposer. The City of Boise reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any irregularities in the PROPOSALS received and to accept the proposal(s) that are in the best interest of the City.
