The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to evaluate and select a vendor that can provide economical pricing for HVAC service for six (6) wall mounted propellor fans located at Mandarin Water Reclamation Facility (WRF), 10828 Hampton Rd, Bldg. #5, Jacksonville, FL 32257. Upgrade services include but are not limited to remove the existing wall mounted fans; install new JEA purchased Aerovent fans; modify electrical; modify cinderblock wall opening (if necessary); support the new fan (if necessary). The work to be performed by the Company includes all labor, materials, tools and equipment, as necessary for upgrade services. The specifications ensure that the Company performs these services with skilled personnel in a safe and professional manner adhering to all JEA, City, County and State regulations and requirements. Vendor will be required to dispose removed fans; wiring, etc. in accordance with EPA guidelines. Contract will be awarded to a single company based on price and JEA needs. A more detailed description of the Work is provided in the Technical Specifications included as Appendix A to this RFP Work to be completed by September 30, 2022.
