Scope includes, but is not limited to, the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, services, and incidentals required to fabricate and install Eight shade canopies for the spectator bleachers at the Multipurpose Sports Fields No. 3 and No. 4 at Broward County Parks for the Parks and Recreation Division in accordance with the Specifications and Requirements. This solicitation is open to the general marketplace. This solicitation includes pass-thru allowances. It is not necessary to add your allowance amounts into your bid prices. Periscope S2G will automatically add the allowance amounts indicated to your bid total and will be reflected on the final bid tabulation. In order to be considered a responsive and responsible Vendor for the scope of work set forth in this solicitation, the Vendor must possess a specified license at the time of submittal (refer to Special Instructions for requirements). In order to be considered a responsible Vendor, the Vendor must complete the Ownership Disclosure Form. See Special Instructions to Vendors for further information. The County provides a specified time for Vendors to ask questions and seek clarification regarding the requirements of the solicitation. All questions or clarification inquiries must be submitted through Periscope S2G by the date and time referenced in the solicitation document (including any addenda). The County will respond to all questions via Periscope S2G. Vendor MUST submit its solicitation response electronically and MUST confirm its submittal in order for the County to receive a valid response through Periscope S2G, Supplier-to-Government. Refer to the Purchasing Division website or contact Periscope S2G, Supplier-to-Government for submittal instructions. It is the Vendor's sole responsibility to assure its response is submitted and received through Periscope S2G, Supplier-to-Government by the date and time specified in the solicitation. The County will not consider solicitation responses received by other means. Vendors are encouraged to submit their responses in advance of the due date and time specified in the solicitation document. In the event that the Vendor is having difficulty submitting the solicitation document through Periscope S2G, Supplier-to-Government, immediately notify the Purchasing Agent and then contact Periscope S2G, Supplier-to-Government for technical assistance. Broward County strongly encourages all County employees, County Contractors, and members of the public to wear facial coverings and practice social distancing while indoors on County property. Anything worn must be conservative in appearance, not offensive, and conform to the guidance. Attendance at the site visit is optional. This information session presents an opportunity for vendors to clarify any concerns regarding the bid requirements. The vendor is cautioned that, although the site visit is optional, no modification or any changes will be allowed in the pricing because of the failure of the vendor(s) to have visited the site. Job site visitation is strongly recommended; submission of a bid will be construed that the vendor is acquainted sufficiently with the work to be performed.
