Cleaning services are required for up to seven (7) home football games during the season, up to ten (10) "other" events during the year (currently unknown at this time but could include Red & White games, concerts, appearances, etc.), and one (1) High School Football Championship each contract year. These numbers are provided for your reference only to provide some idea of the amount of use the facility normally receives, and do not represent quantity guarantees for future years. The awarded Contract shall service the facility according to that year's calendar of events. CONTRACT PERIOD The length of the contract will be for a period of one year commencing approximately August 1, 2022. Only one award will be made as a result of this RFP. At the University's option, and under the same terms and conditions, the contract may be extended for two (2) additional one (1) year periods, not to exceed a total contract period of three (3) years. Offerors are cautioned that this is a request for offers, not a request to contract and the University/State reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all offers when such rejection is deemed to be in the best interest of the University or State.
