Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Mesa, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Restriping parking lots of recreation sites for the Mesa & Cave Creek Ranger District offices. One Firm Fix Price for this project with it's six different parking lots. Please read the Statement of Work carefully. Provide your UEI with your quote. Scope of work: To improve parking lot conditions by repainting existing parking line delineations, handicapped symbols, and directional arrows. The project will improve parking lot conditions for 6 developed recreation areas within Mesa and Cave Creek districts of the Tonto National Forest. They include: o Saguaro Del Norte and Butcher Jones recreation areas along Bush Highway. o Acacia and Palo Verde recreation areas of the Canyon Lake area. o Bartlett Vista at the Bartlett Reservoir recreation area. o Needle Rock picnic sites at the Needle Rock recreation area. Location: Tonto National Forest Mesa Ranger District 5140 E Ingram St Mesa, AZ 85205 Tonto National Forest Cave Creek Ranger District 40202 N Cave Creek Rd Scottsdale, AZ 85262 Developed Recreation Parking lot locations: Saguaro Del Norte Recreation Site: We Are Not Restriping the Saguaro Lake Marina!!! Bush Highway- From Mesa, take 101 east to Power Rd north exit. Follow Power road north and it turns into Bush highway. Follow Bush highway for a few miles and on your left will be the first parking lot. 2 project locations are on Bush highway, and they are listed below in order of site. Butcher Jones- T3N, R8E, Sec 27. Saguaro Del Norte-T3N, R8E, Sec 28. Canyon Lake- From Apache Junction, take Apache Trail (Hwy 88) North to Canyon Lake Recreation area. Follow the south shore of the lake on Hwy 88 East for a few miles and on the right is Boulder Parking area. Continue and the next parking area is Laguna parking lot. Acacia- T2N, R9E, Sec 4. Palo Verde- T2N, R9E, Sec 4 Bartlett Lake- From Carefree/Cave Creek, take Cave Creek Rd northeast to Bartlett Dam rd. Take a right and follow for 17 miles until you get to North lake road and take a left. Take your first right to Rattlesnake Cove parking lot. Go back to North lake road and take a left. Follow Bartlett Dam Rd .5 miles east until it ends at the Jojoba Boating Site. The first picnic site will be on the right side and the second site will be 1/4 mi north on the right side. Needle Rock Picnic Site- T5N, 7E, Sec 42. Requirements: Specifications for all sites listed will include: All paints and colors MUST be applicable and in accordance with Arizona highway safety standards. 1. Contractor will provide proper barricade and flagging for traffic control purposes where work is to be performed. 2. Contractor will prepare work surface for paint application by using mechanical sweepers, blowers and/or hand brooms. 3. Contractor will repaint all handicapped parking symbols (white and blue) in existing handicapped parking areas designated by existing handicapped signage on posts. 4. Contractor will repaint all parking delineation lines (white) as existing and apply reflective glass beads. 5. Contractor will repaint all road lane delineation lines (yellow) as existing and apply reflective glass beads. 6. Contractor will repaint all traffic directional arrows (white) as existing. Contract type will be a firm fix price (FFP) and payment will be IPP.gov These areas are open to the public, No formal site visit will be scheduled. Vender MUST have an active SAM.gov account and submit their UEI. Project Coordinator is Jordan Bohlen and will be available to answer any site questions.
