In general, the work consists of supplying two 1,500 KW backup diesel generators, weather rated enclosers, switchgear, and related accessories. The equipment is to be delivered to 4915 E 106th St, Carmel, IN 46033. This project does not include construction or equipment installation. The successful bidder will be required to comply with all terms and conditions in the "Instructions to Bidders" and the "Agreement for Purchase of Goods and Services" included herein. The submitted proposal must comply with IC 36-1-9 et seq. and other applicable regulations. Any questions prior to the bid opening should be directed to the Engineer: Philip Teague, PE pteague@jheng.com (preferred) 419-277-6039 The Owner reserves the right to reject and/or cancel any and all Bids, solicitations and/or offers in whole or in part as specified in the solicitation when it is not in the best interests of the governmental body as determined by the purchasing agency in accordance with IC 5-22-18-2. The Owner also reserves the right to waive irregularities in any Bid, and to accept any Bid which is deemed most favorable to the Owner.
