As of 7/20/2022, bids were rejected. It is unknown if it will rebid at this time. SCOPE OF WORK/SERVICES: Swim Center Maintenance Inspect for visible problems. Report any unusual conditions or necessary repairs. City will receive quote for necessary repairs. Service components of filtration and backwash. Service chemical feed system and controller if installed. Cleaning (3x week from April - October, 1x week November - March) Vacuum, brush, and spot vacuum pool. Skim surface of pool. Clean pump strainers. Clean storage and pump room as needed. Emergency Cleanings/After Hours Calls Clean contamination due to feces or vomit as needed. Clean vandalism as needed. Chemical & Water Maintenance Conduct water analysis. Install and manage Chemical Controller and chemicals, or manage manually, to effectively maintain the swimming pool's chemical balance. The alkalinity, calcium, and stabilizer levels in pool must be maintained using these chemicals: Chlorine Calcium Hypochlorite for shocking Pool acid The City of Liberty Hill is soliciting proposals for the Cleaning, Maintenance, and Chemical Management of the new Liberty Hill Swim Center, which will be located at City Park, 251 CR 200, Liberty Hill, TX 78642. The Swim Center is expected to open August 2022. The swim season will be April 1st September 30th annually and is subject to change. Proposals received after the date and time of proposal opening will be returned unopened. After receipt of proposals, no proposal may be withdrawn within ninety (90) days after the date of proposal opening. The City of Liberty Hill reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informality in proposals received. The successful contractor shall indemnify, defend, and hold the City of Liberty Hill, its officers, officials, agents, and employees, harmless from any claim, loss, damage, suit, and liability of every kind, including all expenses of litigation, court costs, and attorney's fees, for injury to or death of any person, or for damage to any property, arising from or caused by any act or omission of contractor, its officers, employees, agents, or subcontractors, in performing its obligations under this contract.
