This Project is assisted by Friends of Southwest Virginia with funding from the Appalachian Regional Commission administered through the Virginia Department of Housing & Community Development, the Virginia Tobacco Indemnification & Community Revitalization Commission, and the City of Norton. Bids must be accompanied by Bid security as specified in the Instructions to Bidders.
