This project includes the construction of improvements to the Emergency Management and Public Safety Facility parking lot located at 8400 South Zero Street in Fort Smith, Sebastian County, Arkansas (HWEI Project No. 2019124) as specified in these Specifications and shown on the Construction Plans. Bidders will be required to inform themselves of all Addenda duly issued in accordance with the requirements provided in the Instructions to Bidders. Information regarding the number of Addenda that have been duly issued can be obtained from Hawkins-Weir Engineers at the address above. Each Bidder must deposit with their Bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. All Bidders must be licensed in conformance with the Arkansas State Licensing Law for Commercial Contractors as defined in Arkansas Code 17-25-101 and related statutes. Sebastian County, Arkansas, reserves the right to waive any informalities and reject any and all Bids. Bids shall remain firm for a period not to exceed 60 days from the Bid opening date. This publication was paid for by Sebastian County, Arkansas, and the cost of the publication is $835.90, per Arkansas Code 14-55-208 and related statutes.
