The Coast Guard reserves the right to bar any workers or supervisors from the premises should they be documented as violating set safety standards and regulations. VI. Inspection: The Contracting Officer's Representative has the right to reject defective workmanship or materials or work not performed as per the project specifications. Only the Contracting Officer or his/her representative may accept work performed by the contractor.
