This project involves renovating six dormitory style rooms used by the alert crews for standby missions in building 3390. This project includes upgrades to the adjoining bathrooms and dorm rooms. The current rooms are showing wear with falling wallpaper, outdated fixtures. The rooms are awkward due to outdated arrangement and layout Repair Alert Rooms 1. This is a Sealed Bid construction solicitation offered in accordance w ith (IAW) Far part 13, 14, 36 & 42 for a 100% Small Business set aside project to repair the Alert Facility. 2. The construction magnitude is betw een $100,000 and $250,000. The scope of w ork for this project requires the contractor to provide all material, equipment, supplies, labor & supervision required to complete project in accordance w ith the SOW. 3. The applicable NAICS 236220 ($39,500,000). 4. This project is on a secure military facility. All personnel accessing the base w ill be required to submit personal information for a background investiation w ith the National Crime Information Center Interstate Identification Index (NCIC-III) and Terrorist Screening Database (TSDB) in accordance w ith AFI 10-245. 5.
