Site work and paving for a civil project in Pocahontas, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The work on which proposals are required consists of the following: - Replacing Existing Robil and Cinch Sewer Pump Stations -1,200 L.F. of 6" PVC Sewer Force Main - Street Repairs, and Miscellaneous Items. All BIDS over $50,000 must be submitted by a contractor licensed in the State of Arkansas. The OWNER may reject any or all BIDS, and waive informalities or minor irregularities in BIDS received. BIDDER hereby agrees to commence WORK under this contract on or before a date to be specified in the NOTICE TO PROCEED and to fully complete the PROJECT within 180 consecutive calendar days thereafter
