THE CROSS COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT is requesting sealed bids for furnish and installation of Contract (A) a 729 sq. ft. single story preengineered metal building frame and siding with associated 700 sq. ft. of CMU insulated walls and Contract (B) two 50 sq. ft. preengineered metal frames and siding.A CERTIFIED OR CASHIER'S CHECK, or an acceptable bid bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid shall accompany each bid as a guaranty that, if awarded the contract, the bidder will promptly enter into contract with the District and furnish bonds on the forms provided Any questions concerning the project scope or quantities can be emailed to Dr. Nathan Morris at nathan.morris@crosscountyschools.com or call 870-442-2202. Performance and payment bonds will be required for this project. General Liability, AD&D, worker's compensation, automotive, and builder's risk insurance will be required on this project. The time of completion shall be Contract A is 90 calendar days and Contract B is 30 days. The District reserves the right to reject any bid, waive any or all informalities, and to award the contract to the bidder who offers the proposal to the best interest of the District.
