As of March 7, 2024, per owner, the architect that was originally awarded has been taken off of the project. Contract terminated. No General Contractor at this time. Contractor bidding should be in 2025 if a new firm is brought on board. Project design was only at 35% when the A&E firm was terminated. Construction in 2025 if a new firm is brought on board to complete the design. Question Submission Close Date 6/17/2022 5:00 PM MDT The purpose of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract through competitive offers for the procurement of Architectural/Engineering (A&E) Services based on the scope of work described below. All potential Offerors are to read, understand and accept the requirements of this Request for Proposals (RFP). Before submitting a proposal, each Proposer should visit the site of the work and fully inform themselves as to all existing conditions and limitations. Any inquiries or requests regarding this procurement should be submitted, in writing, to the Procurement Manager. Offerors may contact ONLY the Procurement Manager regarding this procurement. Other state employees or Evaluation Committee members do not have the authority to respond on behalf of the DMA. The Evaluation Committee also reserves the right to waive mandatory requirements, provided that all of the otherwise responsive proposals failed to meet the same mandatory requirements and the failure to do so does not otherwise materially affect the procurement.
