Site work and paving for a road / highway in Eugene, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
In general, this project includes the construction of one, two and three course pressure-treated timber retaining walls along a portion of the existing Amazon Headwaters trail. Quotes shall be valid for sixty (60) days after opening unless otherwise specified in the quote specifications. This Invitation to Submit Quotations does not commit the City to pay any costs incurred by any quoter in the submission of a quote. Project Description In general, this project includes the construction of one, two and three course pressure treated timber retaining walls along a portion of the existing Amazon Headwaters trail. This will facilitate the expansion of the trail to a consistent 4' width in areas where it has been narrowing over time. Prevailing Wages This solicitation is for a public works project which is subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870. All bidders are required to consult the BOLI publication for Prevailing Wage Rates for Public Works Contracts in Oregon Subject to State PWR Law and all subsequent amendments. The rates in effect shall be as in BOLI publication dated January 1, 2022 as amended April 1, 2022. awarded-The Oak Trails
