This project consists of furnishing all supervision, labor, equipment, and materials necessary to furnish and install superpave asphaltic concrete, base course, embankment, signage, and related work to construct a ramp on the Mississippi River Levee (Base Bid), a multi-purpose trail and associated sitework and drainage (Add Alternate No. 1 Bid), and a second ramp on the Mississippi River Levee at a different site (Add Alternate No. 2 Bid). Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond acceptable to the Owner in the amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the total amount bid and payable without condition to the Owner as a guarantee that the bidder, if awarded the contract, will promptly execute a contract in accordance with all terms and conditions of the Contract Documents.
