Furnishing to the Three Rivers Regional Wastewater Plant, an activated sludge sewage treatment plant, Hydrochloric Acid with deliveries, to be used as odor control for a 12-month period that is anticipated to begin on August 1, 2022 and ending July 31, 2023. All bids may remain open for a period of 30 calendar days after the 7th day of July, 2022. Hydrochloric Acid will be ordered in bulk periodically throughout the duration of the bid period as necessary to facilitate the operation of the odor control equipment. Orders for delivery of Acid will be made approximately every 4 to 6 weeks during the term of the contract, and delivery must be made within five (5) calendar days thereafter. Deliveries require off loading with truck air, as plant air is not available. Acid, upon order, will be delivered to the Three Rivers Regional Wastewater Plant, 467 Fibre Way, Longview, WA 98632. The Three Rivers Regional Wastewater Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive the informalities, and to contract as the best interest of the Three Rivers Regional Wastewater Authority may appear.
