**Bid date has been extended from 6/30/22 to 7/5/22.** The Housing Authority of the City of Bellingham (BHA) is requesting bid proposals for the supply and complete installation of all materials, labor, equipment, supervision and other services necessary to remove and replace windows with related flashing, sealant, trim and supplemental painting at 1400 12th Street, Bellingham, Washington, including all necessary permitting. BHA will work with the contractor to establish a mutually acceptable start date. BHA intends to award the contract to the qualified bidder with the lowest lump sum price. HUD funding requirements will be a part of the contract, including federal wage rates and Section 3 hiring goals.
