Site work for a water / sewer project in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

For the construction of the works described below: The work is generally located in the ravine that runs between Plummer Court and Pawating Place and consists of channel modifications, placement of rip-rap, and installation of storm sewers and headwalls. Electronic Preview Copies may be obtained upon request at no charge. The tender documents can also be viewed at the Sault Ste. Marie Construction Association. Tenderers who intend to submit a bid, must register with TULLOCH in order to obtain the official submission forms by June 20th, 2022 Tenders must be accompanied with a tender deposit in the form of a certified cheque, money order, bid bond or bank draft in the amount of 10% of the Tender Price payable to the Corporation of the City of Sault Ste. Marie. The tender deposit and Agreement to Bond shall be delivered to the City in an envelope marked to the City Clerk prior to closing. Complete tender submissions shall be scanned and emailed to the email address listed above. If submission is larger than 10MB, send in multiple emails marked as 1 of #; 2 of #; etc. The successful bidder will be required to provide a 100% Performance Bond and a 50% Labour and Material Payment Bond upon execution of the contract. Tenders are subject to a formal contract being prepared and executed. The Corporation of the City of Sault Ste. Marie reserves the right to reject any or all tenders and the lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
