**As of August 12, 2022, project was awarded to Eco Illumination, LLC, in the amount of $134,400.00.** Requesting approval to award contract C-22-0244-07-12 for RFB titled: "Hargill Solar Lights Project" to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder Eco Illumination, LLC, in the amount of $134,400.00; with authority to issue a Notice to Proceed upon receipt of the required payment and performance bonds. __________________________ The sealed bid must contain one (1) original, and two (2) USB in PDF format of the bid and must be clearly identified and addressed for delivery to: Eduardo Belmarez, MBA, CPM, Hidalgo County Purchasing Director, Hidalgo County Purchasing Department Upon submitting sealed bids, participating vendors are required to properly identify (handwritten, typed or printed) sealed envelope and/or packet as follows: Vendor's name and address on the upper left hand corner of the sealed envelope and/or package and RFB number on the lower left hand corner of sealed envelope/and or packet. OVERNIGHT MAIL MUST ALSO BE PROPERLY LABELED ON THE OUTSIDE OF EXPRESS ENVELOPE OR PACKAGE. HIDALGO COUNTY reserves the right to refuse and reject any/all bids and to waive any/all formalities or technicalities, or to accept the bid considered the best and most advantageous to the County.
