All questions or requests for clarification of technical issues and terms pertaining to this Bid must be emailed to Mary Taylor, taylorm15@scsk12.org and LaJuanna Jones-Sulton, jonessultonlm@scsk12.org by 2:00 PM/CST on June 10, 2022. Subject line of email shall read "RFP #06212022MT - EMS/BAS/CHILLER SERVICES RFP- #2". Questions must specifically reference the section of the Bid to which the question pertains. In order to prevent an unfair advantage to any respondent, all questions and answers will be posted as an addendum on Procurement's website on June 10, 2022, by End of Business Day. SCBE has set a Minority or Woman-owned Business Enterprises goal percent for this project as follows: Energy Management /Building Automation System / Chiller Services / Technical and Maintenance Services - # 2 - 9.1%. SCBE requests proposals for Energy Management / Building Automation System / Chiller Services - Technical and Maintenance Services The specifications are contained in the Request for Proposal. Responses submitted must meet or exceed all requirements. Proposals that do not meet or exceed all requirements will be considered nonresponsive. All exceptions must be noted. In the event the Award Bidder(s) fails to deliver the goods or services of the contract in accordance with the specifications, SCBE reserve the right to purchase the goods/services on the open market in sufficient quantities to assure the continued operation of SCBE. All additional expenses incurred by SCBE as a result of such purchases will be deducted from the moneys owed or moneys which may become due.
