**As of November 28, 2022, project was awarded to DN Tanks but awarded amount is not available.** Contract B - Tank - The work for which Bids are invited consists of the furnishing of all materials and labor for the construction of a new 200,000 gallon concrete water tank off of Evergreen Ave. and the demolition of the existing 100,000 gallon elevated steel water tank off of Bank St. Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal, a Bid Guaranty in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in Bond form, shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. The right is reserved by the Council of Village of Lodi to reject any and all Bids, to waive informalities or to accept any Bid which is deemed favorable to the Village of Lodi. The estimated construction cost for this project is $1,600,000.00.
