2022 REBID New Construction of Park Restrooms In accordance with the Plans and Specifications prepared by Sixmo Inc. (the Engineer), the project consists of new freestanding Restroom building(s) at various public park locations within the City of Avon consisting of wood framed construction with toilet fixtures and accessories, a storage room, and associated plumbing, mechanical, and electrical work. If the City determines to award the contract, the City will award it based on the lowest and best bid as determined in the discretion of the City. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities therein. Prevailing Wage Rates are applicable to this project. Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on public improvements in Lorain County and the City of Avon, Ohio as determined by the Ohio Department of Commerce, Division of Labor & Worker Safety, Wage and Hour Bureau, (614) 644-2239.
