The City of Elgin is currently accepting proposals for land planning and urban design services for the North Grove Redevelopment Area (North Grove RA). The North Grove RA comprises approximately 34 acres of primarily vacant land mostly owned by the city of Elgin and located along the east side of the Fox River adjacent to the City's historic Downtown. Questions regarding this bid package can be directed to Marc Mylott, Director of Community Development at mylott_m@cityofelgin.org no later than June 17, 2022 at 5 pm. The city encourages firms to seek as much additional information as necessary to ensure the city receives the most responsive proposal.
