As of April 10, 2025, this project has been cancelled. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Description: The Escambia County (FL) Board of County Commissioners ("County") is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) in response to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to shortlist potential development teams (Respondent or Developer) interested in purchasing and developing approximately 539 acres of land known as Outlying Landing Field (OLF) 8. OLF8 is located on Nine Mile Road, adjacent to the Navy Federal Credit Union (NFCU) complex, in the Beulah area of Pensacola, Florida. Any person requiring special accommodations to attend or participate, pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act, should call the Office of Purchasing at 850-595-4953 at least five (5) working days prior to the solicitation opening.
