Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Warsaw, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility; and for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility.

Box 730 Warsaw, Virginia 22572 Attn: Mr. Joseph Quesenberry, Town Manager FARMERS MARKET Sealed proposals for work associated with the Design-Build Project for furnishing all materials, labor, tools, and equipment necessary for the construction of a Farmers Market within the Town of Warsaw. The project generally will consist of a 22'-44' x 72' x 19' Post Frame Pavilion with 18' x 72' x 8' Pre-engineered wood trusses for wedge design. Open Drop-Down Lean-to, and 18' x 72' Mezzanine at 8' and 2-Flight Stairway, Wedged Shaped and 3/12 Pitch. No siding, open post "pole-barn" style with continuous 24" overhang with eave, fascia, and rake treated lumber match type. Stairs, Railing, and Mezzanine treated lumber. Additional details are in the proposal documents. The final selection process will be as outlined in the proposal documents. No Bidder may withdraw their proposal within sixty (60) calendar days after the actual date of the proposal opening. The Town of Warsaw hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all Bidders, to refuse any or all proposals submitted; and also reserves the right to waive any informality in proposals received.
