Renovation of a medical facility in Mayetta, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation (PBPN) is soliciting bids from experienced and qualified Tornado Siren system Contractor for the replacement of 5 existing tornado Sirens, and installation of one new tornado sirens. This will include all new equipment for activation and monitoring of the sirens, equipment to allow for mass messaging through text and email. Multiple Sites across PBPN Nation. All inquiries related to the Solicitation are required to be submitted to the Procurement office and/or emailed to MichaelTamez@pbpnation.org All responses to inquiries will be answered by email. June 20th, 2022 Deadline for submission of questions June 24th, 2022 Answers to submitted Questions - Final PROJECT SCOPE OF WORK The project scope of work is set forth in Attachments A and Map of Existing siren locations in Attachment H. Potential bidders should note that the drawings in Attachment H are not properly scaled. Potential bidders should contact PBPN procurement for access to an electronic version of the Engineered Drawings for original copies for scaling of the project properly.
