Project entails remodeling an existing classroom and adjacent office to create a new Dental Simulation Lab. Work includes minor demolition, creation of a small office within the lab, new casework, connections to existing compressed air and vacuum pumps, new finishes, connecting utilities to new owner provided dental lab casework and reconfiguring mechanical and electrical as needed for new lab configuration. Note in section 01 35 00 Part 3 General that all demolition and noise generating/disruptive work shall be completed by August 19, 2022. Finishes and other minor work will be allowed to continue after August 19, 2022 during regular class hours as long as it is not loud or disruptive. No prebid meeting scheduled. Registering as a plan holder is recommended for all prime contractors and subcontractors, as plan holders will be notified of all addenda and other contract document updates via email from QuestCDN.
