The outside of the envelope must be clearly endorsed "BID #2022-07 CSJ 0915-12-514 HUEBNER CREEK HIKE AND BIKE TRAIL PROJECT". Attention is called to the fact that pursuant to V.T.C.S. Art. 5159a, not less than the local prevailing wage rate derived from Leon Valley Ordinance #16-005 included herein, must be paid on this locally funded project. The City of Leon Valley reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to award the bid to the lowest responsible bidder or to the bidder who provides the best value to the City, and to waive any informality or technicality in the bid. The City agrees to take action within ninety (90) days after the bid opening. Any bid received after closing time will be rejected and returned unopened.
