This Bid is project based and consists of furnishing all materials, supplies, tools, equipment, supervision, and labor necessary to complete the Demolition and Removal of Substandard Structures at eight(8)locations as required in the Contract Documents through a CDBG Grant. Each property will be awarded separately. Please submit one (1) marked original and two (2)exact duplicates of the executed offer on the Bidding Form furnished in the Bid Packet,bids must be fully sealed inside an envelope when submitted.
