Renovation of a multi-residential development in Kemptville, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The United Counties of Leeds and Grenville (the owner), owns 17 multi-residential and 176 family rent-geared-to-income buildings located throughout Leeds Grenville. The Counties has recently purchased the building at 15 Water Street, Kemptville, (the former Kemptville Court House), and is in the process of updating the building. This project involves extensive renovations to convert the existing facilities into a 2-storey, multi-residential building with 10 units. The building will consist of 1 two-bedroom unit, 2 one-bedroom units, 7 bachelor units and a common laundry area. We invite respondents to participate in the Request for Quotation for the provision of all materials, equipment and labour required to complete this project. For this project, the successful bidder will be required to provide a certified cheque payable to the Treasurer, Corporation of the United Counties of Leeds and Grenville, prior to the start of the project. This cheque will be held as a performance security in the amount of ten percent (10%) for the total tendered process. It is expected that this project will begin on September 1, 2022 and be completed by March 31, 2023.
