This is a tax-exempt project and will require certified payroll reports based on local wage determination rates and a Project Labor Agreement. Proposals will be received via sealed bids and be noted as "SEALED BID - St. Clair County Admin Building Security & Energy Improvements - Security Addition Package D". This Bid Package D includes an addition and renovation to the existing lobby area located at the St. Clair County Administration and Courts building. Please see the Instructions to Bidders for full scope descriptions and additional bid submittal requirements. Subcontractor & Vendor bid packages include Selective Demolition, Concrete, Masonry, Miscellaneous Steel, Decorative Metal Railings, Rough/Finish Carpentry/Specialties, Foundation Waterproofing, Roofing, Vegetated Roof/Roof Pavers, Column Covers, Flashing and Sheet Metal, Metal Panels, Applied Fireproofing, Firestopping, Doors, Frames and Hardware. Overhead Coiling Doors, Detention Doors and Frames, Aluminum Frames Entrances & Storefronts, Metal Studs, Insulation, EIFS, Drywall, Acoustical Ceilings, Intumescent Painting, Building Painting and VWC, Tiling, Resilient Flooring, Carpet, Terrazzo/Resinous Flooring, Tensioned Fabric Structures, Fire Protection, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Earthwork and Storm Sewers, Asphalt Paving, Landscaping & Irrigation. The construction areas will NOT be available for viewing outside of this Pre-Bid time due to active courthouse business.
