The City of Keene is soliciting statements of qualifications for engineering services to rehabilitate a City owned water well. These services are being solicited to assist the City of Keene in its project related services and project implementation of a contract through a grant awarded from the ARP Act program(s). The City will use this funding to support improvements to its water system by rehabilitating its water well. Statements of qualifications shall be submitted in accordance with the Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") packet. Submittals received after the due date and time shall not be considered by the City. After receiving the statements of qualifications, the City may interview several respondents. The highest ranked firm will be asked to submit a fee proposal to begin contract negotiations. In the event City Staff fail to reach a final contract with that firm, the staff will continue negotiations with the next highest firm and will continue with one of the other firms until the selected vendor is awarded the negotiated contract. Upon completion of the negotiations, and City Council approval, contracts shall be executed. The City retains the right to reject any and all statements of qualifications submitted and to waive any irregularities in the submittals.
