Site work for a water / sewer project in Juniata Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project includes the replacement of ~580 feet of 8 gravity wastewater main and 4 manholes, ~525 feet of 6 water main and valves, reconnection of existing laterals and services, along with related appurtenances and restoration . Note that the 8 sewer main pipe and the 6 water main pipe is being provided by the Authority for this project. Checks for Bidding Documents shall be payable to Keller Engineers, Inc . Upon request and receipt of the document deposit indicated above plus a non-refundable shipping charge, the Issuing Office will transmit the Bidding Documents via delivery service. The shipping charge amount will depend on the shipping method selected by the prospective Bidder. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder s date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bid Documents are also available on compact disc or jump drive for a non-refundable charge of $20, including shipping. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Information for Bidders. This project will be funded by the Blair Township Water and Sewer Authority. Pennsylvania State Prevailing Wage Rates along with additional State requirements, will apply to all work.
