Approximately 1-Automated Overshot Gates, 3-Automated Slide Gates, 5- Automated Metered Slide Gates located near Cowley, WY, as called for in the Plans and Specifications for the SIDON IRRIGATION DISTRICT, REHABILITATION 2021 All bids must be furnished on forms supplied by Sidon Irrigation District. Sealed envelopes containing bids shall be clearly marked SIDON IRRIGATION DISTRICT, REHABILITATION 2021 PROJECT #PME-122102 and shall show the name and address of the Bidder on the outside. Bids which are not prepared and filed in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders may be rejected. Sidon Irrigation District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and the right to waive irregularities in bids received. The Contract shall be let to the responsible certified resident making the lowest bid, if the certified resident's bid is not more than five percent (5%) higher than that of the lowest responsible nonresident bidder (Wyo. Stat. 16-6-101, et seq.). Resident for this purpose means a person, partnership, limited partnership, registered limited partnership, registered limited liability company or corporation certified as a resident by the Department of Emplyment prior to bidding upon the Contract and meeting the further criteria in W.S. 16-6-101, et seq. A resident bidder shall submit a copy of its certificate of residency with its bid. Funds are limited for this project. As such, Sidon Irrigation District reserves the right to negotiate with the successful bidder to keep the project within the funding and budget available and as outlined by Sidon Irrigation District.
