The NPS intends to conduct this acquisition by use of simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. (b) To assure timely and equitable evaluation of quotations, respondents are cautioned to strictly comply with all instructions within this solicitation to ensure submission of a complete quotation.
